Hello,
My name is Shelaine Gallant, and I have been a Registered Nurse since 2021. I hold a Master of Science in Nursing and am currently completing my thesis, which I hope to publish in the summer of 2025. In addition, I have earned a Geriatric Certificate from McMaster University.
Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with diverse populations, including francophone minority communities, in settings such as community health, long-term care, homecare programs, and senior navigation services.
I am deeply passionate about preventative health—both at the population and individual level—and committed to promoting proactive, evidence-based approaches that empower people to live healthier lives.
